Procedure for Continuing the courses

Candidates Joining the Diploma Courses Will complete the courses of study in three academic years without break.

Eligibility to appear for Board examination

A minimum of 80 % attendance is required separately in Theory. Drawing, and Practical classes to appear for the Board Examination. Students who do not put in the minimum attendance will not be allowed to appear for the Board examinations.

Criteria for a pass in Board exams in each subject theory, drawing and Practical

40% of marks out of 100 in all theory papers and 50% out of 100 in all practical must be secured as a minimum respectively for a pass in the Board Examinations.
